Demi Caesar Salad
Assortment of Fresh Seasonal Fruits
Please note: Appetizer for Conway Lunch (1:30) is fresh seasonal fruits only.


Open-Faced Pot Roast Sandwich
Slow cooked pot roast on Texas toast with a mushroom gravy and crispy fried onions.
Served with a side of chef’s potato salad

Hearty Chicken Stew
Roasted chicken thighs with carrots, pearl onions, celery, peas, and potato.
Served with homemade buttermilk biscuit.

Monte Cristo Sandwich
Black Forest ham, roasted peppercorn turkey, Swiss cheese, and maple mustard on warm French toast.
Served with a side of cranberry sauce and chef’s potato salad.

Grilled Portabella Mushroom Sandwich*
With herbed Boursin cheese, caramelized onions, lettuce, and tomato
on a brioche roll.  Served with chef’s potato salad.
*This sandwich is a vegetarian item. Gluten-free rolls available upon request.

All children’s meals are served with chips, a crisp pickle spear,  and dessert of the day
Note: Children 4-12 may order from the children’s menu if they like

Beer, Wine, and Mixed Cocktails are also available.

*Due to USDA guidelines all ground beef will be cooked Medium Well.

Dining car prices include meal, First Class train ride, tax and service charges.
All beverages and beverage gratuities are additional.
