Chef’s Homemade Soup

Demi-Caesar Salad
Served with warm bread and butter


Grilled Beef Medallions
Topped with a portabella mushroom and onion velouté sauce
and served with chef’s choice potato of the day

Seafood Baked Stuffed Haddock
With a buttery, herb shrimp and crab herb stuffing. Served with wild rice

Baked Stuffed Chicken 
Apple Gouda stuffed roasted Statler chicken drizzled with
an apple cider citrus reduction. Served with wild rice

 Baked Stuffed Portabella Mushroom*
Stuffed with a black bean and roasted red pepper bread stuffing. Topped
with sharp cheddar cheese and cumin lime sauce. Served with wild rice.

*This is a vegetarian item

All entrees served with Chef’s choice seasonal vegetable accompaniments.
