Chef’s Homemade Soup
Assortment of Fresh Seasonal Fruits
Please note: Appetizer for Conway Lunch (1:30) is fresh seasonal fruits only.


Roasted Turkey PBLT Wrap
Black pepper roasted turkey breast, crispy pork belly bacon, lettuce, local greenhouse tomatoes,
and a citrus herb mayo wrapped in grilled naan bread.

BBQ Bleu Burger*
Charbroiled Angus beef topped with moonshine BBQ sauce, lettuce, tomato,
bleu cheese, and crunchy fried onions on a brioche roll.

Chicken Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce tossed in creamy Caesar dressing and topped with a blend of Italian cheeses,
grape tomato, shredded carrots, homemade croutons, and a sliced chicken breast.

Grilled Portabella Mushroom Sandwich**
Topped with caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, sharp cheddar cheese and
a roasted red pepper hummus spread. Served on a brioche roll.

**This Sandwich is a vegetarian item. Gluten-free rolls available upon request.

All sandwiches are served with a pickle and chef’s homemade side salad.

Children’s Menu (under 4)

Entrées choices: Grilled Hot Dog, Macaroni & Cheese, or Grilled Cheese Sandwich
All children’s meals are served with chips, a crisp pickle spear,  and dessert of the day
Note: Children 4-12 may order from the children’s menu if they like


$1.75 Coke, Diet Coke, Ginger Ale, Root Beer,
Unsweetened Iced Tea, Iced Coffee, Lemonade, Milk, Chocolate Milk,
Juice, Hot Tea, Coffee or Decaf
$2.00 Hot Spiced Cider or Hot Chocolate

Beer, Wine, and Mixed Cocktails are also available.

*Due to USDA guidelines all ground beef will be cooked Medium Well.

Dining car prices include meal, First Class train ride, tax and service charges.
All beverages and beverage gratuities are additional.
