Choice roast beef, pepper jack cheese, crispy bacon, lettuce, local greenhouse tomatoes
with house-made Ranch Dressing on warm naan bread. 

Crawford Notch Combo
Roasted turkey, baked ham, grilled pineapple, with a tangy onion and
mango cream
cheese on a Ciabatta roll. 

Panzanella Chicken Salad
                A mix of grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, Artichoke hearts, red onion, pepperoncini, mozzarella  and fresh basil tossed with white wine vinaigrette on a bed of Romaine and topped with  homemade crouton and grilled chicken breast

Southwestern Black Bean and Sweet Potato Veggie Burger
Served on a ciabatta roll and topped with lettuce and pico de gallo salsa.
This sandwich is a vegetarian item, and gluten-free rolls are available upon request ~

All sandwiches are served with a Chef’s homemade side salad.
