Homemade Grilled Turkey Burger
A combination of ground turkey and duck, blended with celery, roasted garlic, and onion. Topped
with sautéed red peppers, lettuce, and an apple date chutney. Served on a brioche roll.
Panzanella Chicken and Shrimp Salad
A mix of grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, red onion, pepperoncinis,
and mozzarella balls tossed with a white wine vinaigrette on a bed of Romaine.
Topped with homemade croutons and grilled chicken and shrimp skewers.
Kale and Roasted Beet Veggie Burger*
Served on a brioche roll and topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion and a cucumber dill sauce.
This sandwich is a vegetarian item. Gluten-free rolls are available upon request.
