Roast Beef BLT Wrap
Choice roast beef, Pepper Jack cheese, Applewood smoked bacon, lettuce,
local greenhouse tomatoes, and a creamy herb mayo on grilled naan bread

Homemade Grilled Turkey Burger
A combination of ground turkey and duck, blended with celery, carrots and onion. Topped with sauté
peppers, lettuce, tomato and a honey bistro mustard. Served on a brioche roll.

 Panzanella Chicken and Shrimp Salad
A mix of grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, red onion, sweet peppers,
pepperoncini’s, mozzarella balls tossed with white wine vinaigrette on a bed of Romaine
and topped with homemade croutons and grilled chicken and shrimp skewers.

 Kale and Roasted Beet Veggie Burger*
Served on a Brioche roll and topped with lettuce, tomato, red onion and cucumber dill sauce*
This Sandwich is a vegetarian item and Gluten free rolls are available upon request.

All sandwiches are served with Chef’s homemade side salad.
