Chef’s Homemade Soup

 Salad

Demi-Caesar Salad
Served with warm bread and butter

Entrées

Grilled Beef Tenderloin Medallions
Topped with a portabella mushroom and onion velouté sauce
and served with chef’s choice potato of the day

Seafood Baked Stuffed Haddock
With a shrimp and crab herb stuffing. Served with wild rice

Chicken Cordon Bleu
With a pearl onion and white wine mornay sauce. Served with wild rice

 Baked Stuffed Portabella Mushroom&*
Stuffed with a black bean, roasted red pepper, homemade bread stuffing and topped
with sharp cheddar cheese and cumin lime sauce. Served with wild rice.

*This is a vegetarian item

All entrees served with Chef’s choice seasonal vegetable accompaniments.
