  Topped with Mornay sauce.

Roast Pork Tenderloin
Stuffed with apples, shallots, and dates.  Topped with a honey and brandy glaze.

 Baked Stuffed Portabella Mushroom
Stuffed with a black bean, wild rice, mixed veggies breadcrumb stuffing.
Topped with white cheddar cheese and cumin lime sauce.
